Had Caesar salad and turkey chili soup at 7:30 pm 9/13/19. By 9:15ish I was in the bathroom. Next hour was awful. Had no other food prior to dinner or after dinner. Spent the night 2 more times on the toilet and one time vomiting. 10:30 am next morning on the toilet again. Called to report. | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
