Went to panera bread in chapel Hill off of Mt Moriah Rd, ordered Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Was fine for a while, but an hour and a half later I started to feel a little nauseated, that was around 3:30, I am on the toilet as we speak. Vomiting and deficating AT THE SAME TIME.
