On July 14, 2018, I ordered Shrimp and Pork Wonton noodle soup from Phoenix Kitchen around 8 or 9 PM. This was a to-go Order. When I ate the food, the shrimp and pork wontons tasted very sour and were pink. I ate around 3 and didn’t eat anymore. On 7/15/2018, 7:30 PM, I had very bad diarrhea.
