Ordered a salad bowl w/ beans, tomatoes, peppers+onions, corn, cheese + sour cream. At during lunch time and went out for the rest of the day. Nausea set in at around 7-8o'clock, vomited @ 10. It was all that damn salad. | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء
