i had spaghetti with black bean and rice chili. i ate around 8-9 and started feeling nauseous at around 3 am. i started vomiting and had diarrhea from 5 am up until 4 pm. it was bad. i was the only person that got spaghetti and the only person who got sick. this was stressful during this time cause of increased covid stress | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
