- comments: observed no hot running water on premises at hand sinks in toilet rooms and mop sinks. Water temperature is 69. 2f. Must be a minimum of 100. 0f at all times. Must provide hot running water and maintain. (priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed an appx. "1/2-3/4" gap along bottom of parking lot door. Must make door tight fitting.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot running water under city pressure at hand sinks and mop sink. Hot water tank is leaking. Must repair or replace and maintain hot running water at all times during operation. (priority 7-38-030(c)
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: must provide a back flow device on mop sink.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: must repair or replace broken concrete floor in liquor storage areas,missing ceiling tiles and loose wall bases in same,damaged wall in hallway,inside door panel of walk in cooler in poor repair. Damaged floor tiles in toilet room.
