Second time now ordering the stimulus package from this specific location. This included: medium tri-tip (pepper garlic), caesar salad (no croutons), pesto pasta and breadsticks. On BOTH occasions, about 6 months apart.. both times, about 2 hours after consuming, I am violently stomach sick. The worst sharp stabbing pain in my stomach I’ve ever had.
