Steak and cheese sub with southwest sauce, american cheese and onion. I got a foot long sub delivered 2 days ago. I didn't enjoy it so late less than half. About 6 hours later the pain started as well as vomiting and diarrhoea. 2 days later, having eaten nothing else due to nausea there is no improvement | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
