Ordered a 6 inch bacon egg and cheese. With tomatoes lettuce and onion. Within 2h i felt sick and that was all i had eaten at that point. The rest of the evening/night was followed with vomiting nausea sweats/fever and relentless diarehha and couldnt keep anything down not even water. It is now the morning after and my stomach is still very upset with nausea and diarehha as well as stomach cramps. This is the third case at this location i think that needs to be followed up on. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
