I woke up feeling great, grabbed a bite of food with my bf. my bf ordered 2 casadilla and nacho fries, he totally fine. I ordered a steak soft shell taco and 2 chicken soft shells, both fresco style. I am hovering over the toilet, vomiting and I have horrible diherra. This is all I ate all day and I felt off going home. I have to call off work now and go to the doctors. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى
