Ate Taco Bell for lunch with is only .5 miles from the Taco Bell. By 2 I was projectile vomiting for the next 6 hrs until I went to the doctor which they gave me a shot ., 3hrs after eating 2 mini shredded chicken qasadila I began to really sick and vomiting and than diarrhea and vomiting | الأعراض: قيء, غثيان, إسهال
