Ate at The Mill House in Lufkin, TX on March 28 at approximately 6:30 PM.Meal included poke nachos.
Symptoms began around 2:00 AM (approximately 7.5 hours later). Symptoms included vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and chills.
Symptoms were severe and resulted in a visit to urgent care, where he was diagnosed with severe food poisoning. Medical staff indicated it was likely salmonella.
Only one person (my husband) became sick, and he was the only one who ate this specific meal.
No issues with taste were noted, though the dish was very spicy due to wasabi, which may have masked any abnormalities.
