- comments: 5-204. 12 unable to locate the back flow prevention device on the ice machine and drink dispensers. Instructed to locate.

Observed standing water on the floor by the first drive thru window drink dispenser. Observed accumulated dust on the ceilings in the food prep area. Instructed to clean all.
