Cheese ravioli half Alfredo half tomato sauce It was literally not even prepared pleasant to the eyes. It looked like a bowl of gravy floating in the sauce. I had to literally look for the pasta. It didn’t even taste like Alfredo but it didn’t have a bad taste. I ate it the best I could and tried to drop off the sauce. I began getting nauseated 30 min after I left. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
