اشتريت السلطة التي تحتوي على لحم الخنزير المقدد الدجاج وصلصة الجبن الأزرق. أكلت حوالي نصفها فقط.

شعرت بخير تمامًا في هذا AM. توقفت لتناول قهوة لاتيه المعتادة 1/2 لاتيه 1/2. في غضون 20 دقيقة من احتسيها، كنت أرميها. الآن أعاني من الحمى وآلام كبيرة في المعدة أيضًا. أنا الآن جافة في رفع القهوة المتبقية.  | الأعراض: حمى, غثيان, قيء, ألم المعدة
