Mcdonals big mac, Today and im pregnant i asked for no lettuce which i didnt recieve lettuce with was good but it made me vomit straight away and ive had bigmacs from everywhere ive went and never have had this problem. 2 year old daughter had a 6 nugget happy meal 2 Friday’s ago, and had been suffering bad fevers and cramps since. Took her to the hospital and a case of Salmonella was confirmed via stool samples.
