بالأمس في وقت الغداء طلبت برغر بيج ماك وبرغر دجاج وجبنة. طلب رئيسي وجبة بيج ماك. هذا كل ما أكلته بالأمس.

عدت إلى العمل ولم أشعر بأنني على حق؛ بالدوار والتعرق والغثيان - ترك العمل مبكرًا. رئيسي على ما يرام.

Late afternoon, about 5pm. Brother said the chicken on his burger tasted a bit odd, but thought nothing of it.
Around 4 am he started throwing up and having severe diarrhoea.
