Ontem, na hora do almoço, pedi um hambúrguer Big Mac e um hambúrguer de frango e queijo. Meu chefe pediu uma refeição do Big Mac. Isso é tudo que eu comi ontem.

Late afternoon, about 5pm. Brother said the chicken on his burger tasted a bit odd, but thought nothing of it.
Around 4 am he started throwing up and having severe diarrhoea.
