Every single time I get the butter on my popcorn I am up all night getting sick. It’s absolutely disgusting. I do not think the temperature checks are being carried out properly on the butter and it’s turning rancid. This has happened at least 8 times.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان

كان لي ميلك شيك كبير من ماكدونالدز في شنومكسبم في وقت سابق اليوم، وكان يشعر بالغثيان للغاية بعد، كنت الوحيد الذي حصل على ميلك شيك وكان على القيء.. كان من حوالي شنومكسبم عندما حصلت على ميلك شيك وشعرت بالغثيان الحق بعد الانتهاء من ذلك. ثم في حوالي - 7:45pm اضطررت إلى التقيؤ.  | الأعراض: قيء, غثيان

كنتاكي, أنا فقط, حصلت على دلو عظيم لواحد. طعم الدجاج مضحك مثل الأنشوجة المالحة.. أكلت حوالي الساعة 5.30 مساءً في 7 أبريل.. بدأت الأعراض بعد فترة وجيزة.. وما زلت هنا القيء الإسهال nausa آلام في المعدة  | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, غثيان, ألم المعدة
