Every single time I get the butter on my popcorn I am up all night getting sick. It’s absolutely disgusting. I do not think the temperature checks are being carried out properly on the butter and it’s turning rancid. This has happened at least 8 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had a large milkshake from McDonald’s at 7pm earlier today and have been feeling extremely nauseous after, I was the only one who got a milkshake and had to vomit.. it was from about 7pm when I got my milkshake and felt nauseous right after finishing it. Then at about - 7:45pm I had to vomit.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

Kfc, Only me, I got mighty bucket for one. Chicken tasted funny like salty anchoveys.. I ate around 5.30pm on 7th April.. symptoms started shortly after.. and are still here vomiting diarrhea nausa stomach pains  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I purchased a chicken and bacon subway ate half of it then got a terrible taste and heaved then got sick vomited an hour and half got stomach cramps and diarrea i ate nothing else today i am now getting sick with stomach cramps all day  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
