I ate a chizza menu at Kfc. For the whole day my stomach was hurting. I wasn't able to eat anything else in that day and after midnight i started vomiting. After that for the next 3 days i had diahreea and fever. Not a good experience.  | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء

Ate Smart menu + one small burger by 22:00, and woke up at 5:00 in the morning feeling super sick. I threw up at least 20 times and had diarrhea. Called an ambulance and gave me an injection and then I could catch up some sleep. Horrible experience...  | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
