    زوجي أكل الغداء هنا يوم الاثنين 28 لتناول طعام الغداء.
    بحلول الساعة 3:00 كان القيء، الإسهال، والصداع، والهزات وعموما بدا وكأنه الموت.
    ذهب أخيرا إلى الطبيب هذا الصباح وأكد التسمم السالمونيلا.
    لقد تواصلت معهم عدة مرات ولم أتمكن من التحدث إلى الإدارة.
