ذهبت العائلة إلى هناك لتناول العشاء في الساعة 6:30 مساءً اليوم والآن سأفعل. بدأت مع الغثيان بعد ساعة أو نحو ذلك من ترك ضبط النفس، ثم الإسهال والقيء الآن. كان لدي وعاء دجاج مع الأرز والفاصوليا البينتو والخضروات والجبن. أشعر بالسوء للغاية. تشنج المعدة والدوار.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات, الدوخة

Went with a group of friends. Took forever to get food. Ordered half order beef nachos. Ate about 5 bites. About an hour after eating I ended up the bathroom and was in and out every 5 mins for 24 hours. At 8:38am on 4/28 I tried Shake Shack for the first time. I had a burger w/o cheese (but otherwise the works). I also had fries and a chocolate shake.
