أكلت في بوفيه ليلة الجمعة حوالي 5, والتي ربما كان الطعام جالسًا منذ وقت الغداء منذ أن لم يبدأ اندفاع العشاء بعد. بدأت أشعر بالمرض حوالي الساعة 4 مساءً يوم السبت وكذلك فعل خطيبي. كلانا أكل نفس الأشياء وكلاهما كان يعاني من آلام مروعة في المعدة والإسهال وقشعريرة.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قشعريرة, ألم المعدة
