تناولت بيتزا بيبروني من هنا أمس حوالي الساعة 4 مساءً وأكلت حوالي 3 قطع منها. لقد أصبت بألم في المعدة بعد ذلك بقليل، لكنني استيقظت في الساعة 1 صباحًا و 4 صباحًا و 8 صباحًا مع إسهال رهيب وغثيان وحمى وصداع.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, الصداع, ألم المعدة

I ate the food last night and it was part of a cheese filled pretzel and some of the small bag of fries. i woke up with horrible acid reflux and then it turned into constant diarrhea and extreme nausea. I’ve had it for hours now and it won’t go away.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, ارتداد الحمض

Ate around noon on 5/19. Rest of family was fine. I had the Korean BBQ boneless wings with blue cheese. By 8 that evening I was having strong stomach discomfort, followed by diarrhea and finally a bout of projectile vomiting. All symptoms have now ceased.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
