J'ai mangé une pizza au pepperoni d'ici hier vers 16h et j'en ai mangé environ 3 morceaux. J'ai eu un mal d'estomac un peu après cela, mais je me suis réveillé à 1h du matin, 4h et 8h du matin avec une diarrhée terrible, des nausées, de la fièvre et des maux de tête.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Maux, Douleur d'estomac

I ate the food last night and it was part of a cheese filled pretzel and some of the small bag of fries. i woke up with horrible acid reflux and then it turned into constant diarrhea and extreme nausea. I’ve had it for hours now and it won’t go away.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Reflux acide

Ate around noon on 5/19. Rest of family was fine. I had the Korean BBQ boneless wings with blue cheese. By 8 that evening I was having strong stomach discomfort, followed by diarrhea and finally a bout of projectile vomiting. All symptoms have now ceased.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
