昨天下午 4 点左右我从这里吃了一个意大利辣香肠披萨饼，吃了大约 3 块。之后我有点胃痛，但是我在凌晨 1 点，凌晨 4 点和 8 点醒来时出现严重的腹泻、恶心、发烧和头痛。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 头痛, 胃痛

I ate the food last night and it was part of a cheese filled pretzel and some of the small bag of fries. i woke up with horrible acid reflux and then it turned into constant diarrhea and extreme nausea. I’ve had it for hours now and it won’t go away.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃酸倒流

Ate around noon on 5/19. Rest of family was fine. I had the Korean BBQ boneless wings with blue cheese. By 8 that evening I was having strong stomach discomfort, followed by diarrhea and finally a bout of projectile vomiting. All symptoms have now ceased.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
