أكل شطيرة التونة لتناول طعام الغداء. تم تسليمها وربما في غضون ساعتين شعرت بالغثيان وتقيأت أثناء العمل. ظللت أذهب إلى دورة المياه وأخيراً كنت خارج العمل. وصلت إلى المنزل واستمرت في تغذية الغثيان! حصلت أسوأ!
