Last night August 26, 2019 I ordered veggie bowl & the guacamole looked discolored. I thought it was just because of it not being fresh, but this morning I have been throwing up with diarrhea.

Got chipotle around 5pm before heading to the ferry. At about 900pm I started feeling very nauseous. I ended up throwing up around 10pm and then continued to wake up and throw up through our the night along with diarrhea. The vomiting stopped today around 630am but…
