On first day of arrival my wife had to get emergency care by hotel doctor and then taken by ambulance to the emergency room., One person. Symptoms slowly subsided after emergency room treatment, IV and multiple medications.

I only ate in the main restaurant. 5/26/19 woke up dizzy and nauseous. Diarrhea started around noon and continued all day and night. Went to clinic on 5/29/19. BP dropped to 80/40. Sent to hospital. Received IV antibiotics. Lab results showed crazy bad levels. Discharged on 5/30/19.…
