Grand big Mac Consumed grand big Mac at 8pm. Slept with very unsettled stomach. Experienced violent vomiting at 10am the next morning. Vomited a few times in the space of an hour, then did not vomit again at all. Diarrhoea present as well.

hamburger , 2 children one aged 1 and the other 2 years old symptoms started 2 hours later with the youngest projectile vomiting and diarrhoea second child started symptoms a hour after
