As 2-Viertel-Pfünder mit Käse. Stunden später hatte schwere Dehydration und Durchfall. Ich schwitzte auch und fühlte als würde ich sterben. Musste eine Lebensmittelvergiftung sein

I still have bag of some of the food and receipt. 3424 Poole Rd McDonalds Restaurant store #12293. Got sick . Food poisioned or allergic to food. On 2/21/2018 the last food I ate was that at 8:10pm oder47 went to bed around 9:30pm. Started itchy on arms and back. I am now at the Dr. Office
