Ate 2 quarter pounders with cheese. Hours later had severe dehydration and diarrhea. I was also sweating and felt like I was going to die. Had to be food poisoning

I still have bag of some of the food and receipt. 3424 Poole Rd McDonalds Restaurant store #12293. Got sick . Food poisioned or allergic to food. On 2/21/2018 the last food I ate was that at 8:10pm oder47 went to bed around 9:30pm. Started itchy on arms and back. I am now at the Dr. Office
