La Gâtelière inc. is recalling certain lemon squares and lemon white chocolate tarts due to undeclared sulfites. These products were sold in various establishments and online throughout Canada. The recall is a precautionary measure for individuals with sulfite allergies.

- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of sulfites

PRODUCT: "Lemon and white chocolate tart."
- Allergen: Sulfites
- Format: 6 inches and 9 inches
- CUP (6 inches): 6 28719 74723 0
- CUP (9 inches): 6 28719 74723 0 or without a barcode
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of sulfites

The issue was discovered through internal checks. The recall is classified as Class I and was initiated on June 8, 2026.
