Had a beef and cheddar sand which from Arby's last night and it was the last thing I've eaten since then. I woke up at 5 this morning deathly ill and for the last 7 hours have not been able to stop from puking or having diarrhea. Not able to hold any liquids down | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen
