Overflowing sewage. The grease trap was clogged and water was flowing out when the sinks were used. The plumbing was not done according to code. Among the other violations during the inspection, some cooked food wasn’t being cooled down safely, a bottle of clamato juice had mold, clean and dirty utensils were being stored together, the kitchen equipment and floors needed cleaning, and some of the restaurant’s equipment was not commercial-grade. This was the restaurant’s second B or C grade in the past two years.
