I ate around lunch time and had a Taco Salad. About 2 hours following lunch, started vomiting and did so several times. Later that evening, diarrhea set in and lasted all night This happened on Monday, May 27th. Later suffered from shortness of breath and went to ER, diagnosed with pneiumonia caused by bacteria; currently dealing with abdominal pain and nausea. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Erbrechen, Kurzatmigkeit, Übelkeit
