Purchased a milk bun off the shelf from the Breadtop on Elizabeth street at approx 2030hrs on the 9/4/2026. I consumed this the following morning (only ate this and nothing else). Felt nauseous about 1 hour after eating this and about 6 hours later, vomitted up the milk bun and continued to have vomiting and diarrhea through to the following day with associated fevers and chills. Symptoms subsided after approx 48hours. | Symptome: Übelkeit, Durchfall, Erbrechen, Fieber, Schüttelfrost
