Had steak tacos. That is the only thing I ate that was not also eaten by others in my party. Began with stomach ache not long after I left the table. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach ache. Terrible muscle pain but I have fibromyalsia so that makes pain much worse. Have had muscle pain for 3.5 days and actually felt like eating a small amount of food today. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Andere, Schmerzen im Magen, Körperschmerz, Schmerzen in den Muskeln
