I am a physician, I got a lettuce wrapped santa fe chicken sandwich through the drive through at noon on Friday 4/27. I did not eat dinner. At 4 am Sat 4/28 I had intense stomach cramps, vomiting, and could not get warm. The cramping subsided but diarrhea and nausea continues. No fever or muscle ache that would make me think viral etiology. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Krämpfe, Fieber
