I ordered the breakfast burger combo with hash brown and a Dr Pepper on Friday June 2nd at approximately 7:15 am. I then went to work and ate my meal around 7:30 am. I started getting stomach cramps around 5:30 pm which led to diarrhea a few minutes later. I continued to have cramps and diarrhea for about 3 hours, and then began to vomit at 10:30 pm. The vomiting has subsided but the cramping, diarrhea and heartburn continue to be an issue on Saturday June 3rd. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Krämpfe, Sodbrennen
