I was on one of the first sailings of the Carnival Horizon in the Mediterranean, then night we left Dubrovnik, Croatia - I had "seafood stew" at the main dining restaurant. Later that night I was extremely nauseated and vomited several times, and then had diarrhea. The vomiting stopped the next day, but the diarrhea continued throughout the next day.
