Got carnitas tacos from Santee trolley center location last night at 6pm. Right away I felt a stomach ache and the. I began vomiting and diaharrea at 7pm. It did not stop until 5am when I was finally able to fall asleep but still feeling sick. Now i am still very faint and still have diaharrea. I also was basically dry heaving for hours after I vomited up everything. I had only had one snack that day before this so it had to be from chipotle. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
