I went to chipotle last night 3/11/18 roughly around 9:30 to get a burrito and a chicken bowl for my girlfriend and myself. I get my usually, veggie burrito and my girlfriend the same usual, chicken burrito with guacamole on the side. Take it to her house 20 minutes later and we enjoy our meal as we always do. Later that night around 4 am. My girlfriend gets up in the middle of the night to take an uncomfortable poop/diarrhea which seemed unusual but could happen.. moments later, I hear her vomiting in the trash can while on the toilet.. after a long period of time she comes back to bed and tries to sleep. A few hour later around 7am I wake up having to go number 2 as well.. feeling something in my stomach, I sit on the toilet and before anything came out my rear end. I was forced to get up from the toilet seat to vomit into the sink for several minutes.. afterward, I proceeded with my number 2/diarrhea which then followed with my vomiting at the sink. Cleary seeing nothing but chipotle ingredients in my vomit and waste. I think try to go back to bed with my girlfriend and in no more than hour later. I have to jolt up, run to the bathroom and vomit again. A few minutes after this, my girlfriend follows behind me and using the toilet to vomit more as well. I go back to vomit a couple times more after this in between resting periods. I am currently writing you this while stuck in bed with my girlfriend not knowing but expecting for my vomiting episodes to come. I am a healthy person. As well as my girlfriend. I workout at the gym/health club 6 or 7 days a week. This is the worst I’ve ever felt in my life and I have no choice but to speak up about this. This should never happen to anyone. I’m sore everywhere in my body. I can’t sleep, I keep sweating though I’m cold, it’s a nice day out and we’re stuck in bed feeling miserable.. please let me know what can be done. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
