I had 2 del combo burritos and a Carne asada Flatbread taco , I had my meal at around 2 am. It was the only thing I had to eat all day. I went to bed shortly after and woke up around 9 am with nausea and diarrhea and began throwing up constantly.  | Symptome: Erbrechen, Übelkeit, Durchfall
