Ate at 1pm. Had salad bar, (Caesar salad, Caesar dressing, mozzarella, tomatoes, Parmesan, 1 slice prosciutto, slice of bread). Also had mashed potatoes and four pieces of meat: 2 bacon wrapped filet, filet mignon, lamb chop.

I got violently ill 12 hours later. I’ve never been ill like that before. No one should be able to projectile like that ... unbelievable. Ugh. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
