Around 2pm on 24 April 2026 I purchased a Chicken sausage roll which was still warm although only slightly.Within 2 hours of eating it I felt nauseous, then came the onset of stomach pain/cramps and within 4 hours I had diarrhoea and then severe vomiting within 5 hours.
Through the night both these symptoms continued with the addition of chills and sweats.
This morning symptoms have mostly subsided but I feel very weak, lethargic and have a bad headache.
Only had toast in the morning and have eaten nothing since the chicken roll.
| Symptome: Übelkeit, Durchfall, Erbrechen, Schmerzen im Magen, Fieber, Krämpfe, Schüttelfrost, Kopfschmerz, Schwäche
