Group of 12, started with 2 teens getting violent diarrhea and vomiting after the Wed night "Mexican Fiesta" at the Hyatt Ziva PV. Next day, 2 more sick with same symptoms. Now home in US and 4 more of the group also sick with same symptoms. Since it was a buffet, hard to pinpoint what food did it--possibly chicken or rice? | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
