I had the Swedish meatballs dinner in the cafe around 4:30pm. I wasn't feeling so great by the time I left the store around 5. By the time I got home at 6, I ran to the bathroom and had severe diahrrea and vomiting. Fever, too. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
