I had Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy. Only I got sick as I was the only person who ate this meal. Stomach pain started about one hour after eating. Stomach pain continued to get worse and by hour four I vomited. After this I have had severe diarrhea 16 hours. Still some stomach pain as well. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Schmerzen im Magen
